Victoria Russo-Hentrich is a premier event and wedding designer based in Austin, Texas, known for creating extraordinary celebrations defined by elegance, imagination, and timeless style.

Raised in a close-knit Italian-American family in Boston, Victoria began her professional path in education after earning her degree from the University of Massachusetts. As a traveling reading specialist, she developed a deep appreciation for structure, storytelling, and the power of meaningful human connection—foundations that would later shape her approach to experiential design.

Her transition into luxury events evolved organically, inspired by her cultural heritage, her travels, and a lifelong instinct for bringing people together in memorable ways. In the 1980s, she founded Creative Consultants, which grew into one of Austin’s most respected event design firms.

Over the decades, Victoria has designed weddings and events for a distinguished range of clients, including global brands, public figures, and private families celebrating once-in-a-lifetime milestones across the world. Her work spans intimate gatherings to large-scale destination celebrations, each defined by a distinctive balance of refinement, creativity, and emotional resonance.

Jennifer is a native Austinite and graduate of Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in fashion merchandising, clothing and textiles. After college, Jennifer began her career with the rise of the high-tech industry and managed corporate events in Austin as a DMC for companies including Dell, IBM, Motorola, Tivoli, and AMD. Jennifer then ventured to Massachusetts to become Director of Catering at the world-renowned Chatham Bars Inn Resort and Spa in Chatham on Cape Cod. Having gained invaluable event planning experience, Jennifer moved back to Austin to join talents and efforts with her mother, Victoria, at Creative Consultants. Together they have created some of Austin’s most charming, elegant and outstanding weddings, social, corporate and charitable events. Their hard work and dedication to the Austin wedding and event planning industry have kept the community in awe ever since. Jennifer combines creativity with professionalism to coordinate flawless affairs. She focuses her energy on design execution, vendor coordination, guest list management, transportation and timelines just to name a few. Jennifer commits herself to satisfying clients with her amiable personality whether it’s a wedding or a corporate event.
